A safe space for you to explore and release tensions whilst connecting with you and your body emotionally, mentally, and physically. Work on strengthening your body with a fusion of feel good movement inspired by contemporary, lyrical and yoga. Bring something comfortable to lay on and something warm to wrap up in for the guided meditation at the end.
